30-night trial
Sleep on it. The 30 nights start the day the pillow arrives. If your mornings are not better, send it back and we refund you. That is the deal.
The trial exists so you can actually use the pillow — a used, slept-on return is expected. Put it back in the bag it arrived in. We may refuse a trial return that is damaged beyond ordinary sleep use, soiled, or missing pieces, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
How to start a return
- Email hello@cove-sleep.com with your order number (it is in your confirmation email) and the email you ordered with.
- Tell us you want to use the trial, or describe the fault if something is wrong.
- We will reply with return instructions. Trial returns are free — we cover the return postage.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving and processing the return. If it has been more than 10 business days since we confirmed the refund and nothing has appeared, check with your bank first, then email us.
Original outbound shipping is refunded when the whole order comes back under the trial, or when the Australian Consumer Law requires it.
Change of mind outside the trial
After 30 nights, a change-of-mind return is at our discretion. Email us and we will tell you if we can take it back. If we can, return postage is yours unless the law says otherwise.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The 30-night trial is in addition to those guarantees. Nothing on this page limits them.
Damaged or missing on arrival
Photograph the parcel and email us. We will replace it or refund you. You should not have to post a damaged pillow back unless we ask.
